You might:

• Enjoy helping people and finding solutions to their problems
• Be comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
• Also value being part of a friendly, supportive team
• Have good attention to detail, especially when working with information or data
• Be clear and confident when communicating, whether written or verbal
• Be organised and able to prioritise tasks

Experience in customer service is helpful, but not essential what matters most is your approach, attitude, and willingness to learn.
